DESCRIPTION

A HAVEN OF PEACE

A new place to eat in the city centre;

The restaurant Le Carré Vert, located in the lush patio of the centr’hotel welcomes you everyday for the breakfast from 6:30 am to 10:00 am.

Its fresh and generous cuisine, in the image of the tropical and refined decor, is enjoyed from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner.

A restful stopover to relax with friends and colleagues.

A pretty brasserie decorated with refinement in the heart of Marigot. A skylight, green trees, a garden area and a restaurant area. A peaceful world for good moments from breakfast to lunch or to enjoy a cocktail in a lounge atmosphere.

BREAKFAST

Our buffet breakfast is served from Monday to Saturday from 6.30am to 10am, Sunday from 7am to 10:30am.
It is composed of bread, french pastries, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, cereals, hard-boiled eggs, and yogurt.
Hot and cold drinks are at your choice .
